I am a speaker that teaches how to buy and sell houses very fast
without ever looking at them. I have been the president of
our local REIA group for the past two years (2003-2004) and
I am also in the mortgage business (www.FinancialHelpServices.com)
and our investing company,
www.investorsrehab.com, buys and sells 10-15 houses each month.
I have spoken at many Real Estate clubs and groups as well as boot
camps and conventions.
As a mortgage company owner and seller of 10-15 house per month,
my goal in speaking and teaching what I do is to build long
term relationships with the investors we teach. Because of
this philosophy, I do not use high pressure sales tactics or
create my presentation as a sales pitch. My goal is to teach and
educate the listeners. PERIOD.
I can guarantee that the information I present is exclusive,
cutting edge, easy to use and understand and that I will
teach your members things that they never knew about real
estate investing. What I teach is not the same old rehashed
information. Everything I teach is based on ethical and
moral business practices.
I use a lot of technology in my system (called my
"Ultimate Buying
and Selling Machine" ) and I
also have four people in my office that do my buying and
selling for me now. We usually have our houses sold in two
hours and we close them thirty minutes apart from the buy to
the sell. I even teach investors how to hire others to work
in their business just like I do or to bring in family
members to start buying and selling properties. My system
will work without experience, cash or credit. We also have
many seasoned investors that use our system.
I will not hard sell or make false promises to your group members.
Any material that I offer to your group is 100%
