Within the first three weeks he was able to acquire his first investment property with no money or credit. After repairs, he refinanced the property and pulled out a check equal to a years wages compared to his full time job as an aircraft mechanic, an occupation he soon gave up forever.

It didn’t take long for Tony to master the art of profiting from all types of distressed properties. He managed to build a million dollar company from buying, renting and selling pre-foreclosures, lender owned REO’s, bankruptcy properties, resolution trust corporation (RTC), and developed his own unique system called “7 ways to profit from one foreclosure”.

As the subprime fallout and credit crisis created more foreclosures in the history of America, Tony was able to develop a system called “the Hidden Market”, a system for finding and profiting from distressed properties before they ever go into foreclosure.
