The
Fed Up Pack is a great tool to use to “break the ice” with
distressed homeowners. You can leave this information with the
homeowners. The Fed Up Pack has 2 parts.
Part 1 is the “Information Pack”. This portion lists and explains
in detail every option available to a homeowner who is in
foreclosure.
Part 2 is the “Action Pak” which contains all the forms the
distressed homeowner will need to work with you.
The whole concept of the Fed Up Pack is for you, the investor, to
have all the answers in writing. You will leave the Pack with the
homeowner for their easy reference and follow up with them in a day
or so. If the homeowners are not home you leave the pack on their
door in a Fed Ex envelope, and enclosed with the Fed Up Pack, you
enclose another Fed Ex envelope addressed to you with the postage
attached. Sometimes homeowners will read the materials and fill out
the necessary papers and send it back to you. The Fed Up Pack will
