Tim Mai is the

Tim,

Tim gave me some specific
assignments to follow. I did
everything he told me to do.
I felt a little more
confident since I had a
experienced investor helping
me out pretty much every
step of the way. Tim was so
kind to answer all my
questions.
I think it was about 3 weeks
after Tim started helping me
that I got my first deal
under contract. It was a
fire damaged property. I
didn't think it was a good
deal. I sent Tim some
pictures and he said we
might have a winner. I got
excited. 1 day later I found
a cash buyer investor. Not
the easiest investor to work
with but we ended up closing
on this deal a week later.
It was about 2 weeks from
contracting with the sellers
to getting my check. Total
net profit is $5,000. I
forgot to mention, before I
received this check, my
family and I only had about
$500 to our names. What a

us.

ever just yesterday.
I have only been back here
in Dallas for about 3 weeks
and have bought and sold 7
subject-to properties and
this option property (see
check), for a total of 8
properties in Dallas with
another 2 in Atlanta that
will be sold before the end
of the month.
Attached is the check. My
wife is sitting pretty happy
right now. $79,000 of that
is net as I paid $10,000 to
my partner who helped me on
this deal.
