Albert Aiello certainly has the credentials, He is a GRI Instructor,
a Graduate Tax Professor, and a licensed Real Estate Broker and a
CPA who passed the exam in one sitting. He also has a Masters Degree
in Taxation.
On the practical side, he has 25 years experience as a tax advisor,
23 years experience as a Real Estate investor and 20 years as a 1031
exchange facilitator which makes him uniquely qualified to address
the tax issues that investors and landlords face.
As both a residential and commercial Real Estate Realtor, Albert has
listed, bought, sold and managed millions of dollars of Real Estate.
He has also had his own tax & accounting practice specializing in
Real Estate and IRS audit representation.
But, wanting something more creative, challenging and rewarding, he
sold his accounting practice to do what he really loves, actively
invest in Real Estate, teach Real Estate courses and Author books on
creative Real Estate.
Albert remains active as a 1031 specialist, as president of National
Exchange Services, Inc. (NESI), one of the leading 1031 Exchange
Intermediaries in the country.
He is the author of hundreds of articles on taxation and Real
Estate. He has also written a number of books. Some of his most
